Research and Development Manager in real time embedded system for color analysis and fast image processing at Newtone Technologies (Lyon).


Current projects

- Image processing embedded system for fast color analysis and pattern recognition (Newtone Technologies)
- Pipeline automation: New tool for creating pipeline and run then automatically. The pipeline is multithreaded and can be distributed.
- ITK (www.itk.org, NLM Insight tool kit) image processing algorithm development. Added compression for GIPL images and add new features for the GE image reader.
- Head circumference tool based on MRI data.
- Diffusion Tensor Imaging fiber tracts analysis: 'Fiber Viewer' is a new tool to analyse fiber tracts between patient.
- Creation of a new tool to check the quality of Diffusion Tensor Images.
- Brain warping using Sarang Joshi's algorithm. Creation of average warped images based on different subjects.

2002 - 2003: Laboratory of Molecular and Ionic Spectroscopy at Lyon (France): Senior Software Engineer for image and data processing. Software development in C/C++ and Labview.
2001 - 2002: Delta Technologies at Toulouse (France): VHDL programmer for fast image processing on FPGA Altera FLEX 10K.
2000 - 2001: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill: Medical Imagind and Display Analysis Lab: One year Internship. Software development for 3D surfaces comparison. 'Valmet' is now used for comparing structural segmentations between patients.
June 2000: Project leader. Conception and realization of a CCD camera from a TH7852 matrix and microcontroller 68HC11.
